Arathi Parambimadam

PhD Student

Arathi earned her B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) and completed her M.Tech in Optoelectronics and Laser Technology (OE&LT) at the International School of Photonics (ISP), CUSAT, India. Her master’s thesis, conducted at RRCAT, India, focused on ‘Studies on Metal Marking and Drilling Using Ultrashort Pulses from an Indigenously Developed Fibre Laser Amplifier’. She served as an Assistant Professor in the ECE department at EKC, Manjeri, Kerala, India from 2019 to 2020 and subsequently worked as an RF Trainee in the RF and Microwave department. From 2021 to 2023, she was a Project Associate at CGCRI, West Bengal, India, where she worked on the ‘Narrow Linewidth CW Laser Noise Characterization and Linewidth Measurement’ project. Currently, Arathi is a PhD researcher working on the project ‘Multispectral Infrared Single Pixel Imaging (MIRSIM), funded by Research Ireland.
