Praveen Singarevelu

Ph.D. Student

Praveen Singarevelu completed his M.Sc. in Microelectronics and Photonics in Sweden and then began pursuing his Ph.D. in Physics under Dr Liam O’ Faolain. His research interests include studying the dynamics of external-cavity PhC Laser, design and fabrication of silicon photonics devices, high-speed PhC based resonant modulators, Gb/s direct-frequency modulated PhC laser, and nanofabrication.
