Dzianis Salasukha obtained his diploma in Belarusian State University in 2012 with a speciality in “Radiophysics”. He obtained his masters in 2013 with the topic of “Combined laser-magnetron deposition”. He joined CAPPA in 2013. He had a Ph.D. viva in the end of 2017. His thesis topic is “Materials and Devices for 2um generation”. Apart from 2um devices his activity at CAPPA corresponds to material characterization such as Ge and GeSn for the application of Silicon Photonics and Gas Sensing.
