As part of a recently BioPhotonics@MTU project, there is a PhD project available with the Irish Research Council to focus on areas such as:
- Biopharma detergent development and cleaning verification
- Laser-scribed electrodes in immunodiagnostics
- Multispectral infrared single-pixel imaging (MIRSPI) using a digital micromirror device and quartz tuning fork
- Label-free MIR Super Resolution imaging of microbes
